Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your Discord user ID, username, and the IDs of servers you've added Centuri to.
• Which shard and host your server is assigned to.
• Basic usage counts, like how many commands get run, so we can keep the service healthy.

No email, no password, no payment info, no Discord credentials. Centuri doesn't have a login system, so there's nothing like that to collect.

How we use it

It's used to run the service, full stop: routing your server to the right shard, keeping playback synced during a watch party, and understanding usage well enough to keep things stable. It's never sold, and never used for ads.

Who we share it with

Discord's own API is the only outside system involved in running the bot and Activity. Nothing goes to ad networks, analytics tools, or any other third party.

How long we keep it

Remove the bot and your server's row in our database clears itself. There's no manual cleanup on our end, and nothing left tied to a server the bot isn't in anymore.

Your rights

Removing the bot clears your data on its own. If you want something looked at or deleted sooner than that, just ask.
